All but the front window (glass in tact) and two upper windows are boarded.
All sashes painted as well.
One additional window needs glass installed (2nd floor)

The original porch columns are now inside the house.
The inside is now broom swept clean.
Just the service porch on the back has trash inside to be removed.

All the cinderblocks were added (per the COA) for the missing porch ones and crawl space ones.
The front and back of the house needs to be closed in.
There is enough plywood on site, at my carriage house and at Walnut court to close in the crawl space front and back.

House has hasp and lock on back and (soon) front.

My pics are on facebook if someone can upload to here.

With the exception of the porch (painting the posts and replacing the bent post it is pretty much good to go for the mothballing final inspection.

We have our final final inspection tomorrow for this.

I still have to put some landscaping in the front today, but then we should be good to go.

Gloria,
SOS needs to reimburse your crew for their time there. You may be willing to volunteer, but the guys need to be paid along with the materials.

I planted the flowers, but we need to clean out the debris from the house. I'm going to put that in Walnut Court's dumpster.

Yes, I will submit an invoice.

The lawn needs to be mowed too.

I contacted Autumn and asked for a postponement. She will be coming on tuesday.

The home will be open this week on Thursday or Friday to interested parties.
Jeff Cragar has a handful of peeps he is trying to get to invest in the hood.
Also showing it to MetroNorth.
Alannah had interest (not her, but someone she knows)
Time is not yet confirmed, but looking at 9 a.m. on Thursday.

I've got to dig up pics to update this thread as the home is currently mothballed.
Here is the case recap I requested a couple of days ago.
Rolling fines (whether liened or not I don't know) since forever.
Waiting for Chris' office to send me the tax papers so I can argue for lesser taxes on this house: they are way to fricken high.
