Armed with architectural drawings, Joe pulled the temporary bracing permit. This type of repair is meant to stabilize a structure. And this is exactly what Sam, Ken and Joe are doing.

Once the structure is safe and sound, we will begin the actual mothball process.

Wish PSOS luck!!! (and by the way, the house will be looking for a family to adopt).

Gloria is showing this property on Thursday to 2 different interested parties.
They are serious and not lookie-loos.

The deal is simple:
Mothball Certificate is earned first.
Once we have that,
deed transfer and taxes paid are done concurrently.
Owner agrees to get the home to occupancy or house comes back to us (reverter clause.)
Price of home is current and back taxes.
Home sold as is/where is.
It's less than $20 to file a new deed.

Good luck to 436 Walnut Court!!
