I'm going to clean up my landscape corners on 6th/Ionia tomorrow morning.
If anyone is interested in biking around the hood to look at houses for a potential Make it Happen, let me know.
My day is very flexible after corner landscaping/clean-up
Remember Gloria, you did say you'd borrow a bike. . . .

Also, can someone explain to me about Clark Street. Clark Street bears the historic street signs. But people tell me it is not historic. Please give me the easy to understand version of Clark Street. Historic or not. Keep it simple, some things I am stupid about.

I always heard it was too. Alex has the map on his office wall which should list it if it is in the area.

I am triple booked today. Micha's walls and Stacey's mice over-ride bike ride

sadly enough.

I'll forward Kim's list as well, so we can all see the other at risk homes.

The west side of Clark is historic. The east side is not (but doesn't have any houses on it).
Everything on the west side of Clark is zoned RMD-S (-S for Springfield overlay, which means historic)

I didn't know Miss Rose was behind on her taxes. That's distressing. More so for her, of course.

On Miss Flora, Judy told me she used to be her landlord, and she likes her stuff. That said, no harm in approaching her.
