Kenny's house needs to be gone through and a list made up for to him to complete. We are going to focus on the downstairs and try to mothball the upstairs. He needs some structural work done in the back.

Kenny pulled a COA for siding and rotten wood replacement.

This has nothing to do with us. We have stated that while there are issues with ownership and access (brother owns downstairs, Kenny owns upstairs) we would not be able to help him out.

We told him that we need to have clear ownership spelled out because we didn't want to get into the middle of a family dispute
