But has Billy done anything? What happens when he doesn't complete the work after asking to mothball it? Won't it be in the bullseye?

I think we first need to setup a time frame for nominations, then setup a poll for "finalists".

I doubt it's on the most endangered list, but 1528 Walnut...the owner keeps pushing for demo
