I am usually close by and could leave the store. Call me @ 449-4340. I always have my camera near.

We need a list of all houses with green tags. Do we have one?

yes. on another thread. hang on.

Here:

-Demo List

At risk
1643 Pearl
1647 Pearl'
1140 Ionia
1323 Ionia
1344 Ionia
1551 Ionia
1626 Ionia
1334 Liberty
1145 Market
1309 Market
1824 Hubbard
229 E. 2nd
253 E. 2nd
115 E. 3rd
209 E. 4th
321 E. 5th (green demo tag)
111 E. 6th. (demolished)

I know there is a house on the even block of Liberty b/w 4th/5th (1400) that has a green demo tag. It's on my orginal list. Also, we know 423 Walnut Court.

You all pulled these from the mess of lists of from HPC. These are formal track homes. I noted those I know with green tags or those that have been demoed, I can not confirm the rest if they have green tags or not. Note, somewhere Jeff's house was missed. 423 Walnut Court

True. I know the list. There must be some regulation that requires a green tag. Anyone know about this? Perhaps it is a time warning or something.

We need to check out which of these houses have had their sewer lines cut.

ARGGG.....It is so frustrating the lack of information available from the agencies downtown.

The demolition process is described here. Almost the final step is the green tag.

Five at risk houses on Ionia? Will there be any houses left on Ionia? ARGHHHHH.....
I drive right by the Pearl Street ones on the way to work every day, so I'll be watching.
That moratorium and review of the rules and regs can't happen soon enough.
