Great they got this to us so quickly! Couple of questions...

1. Did they break out the demolition cost?
2. I thought part of the demolition was a title search of some sort - they didn't do that?
3. How can we tell really where the money came from? What does the funding source mean?
4. The costs provided do not match the demolition lien on the property.
  • $11,505.35 is the demolition lien amount on the tax collector's site.
    $11,018.85 is total of what the City provided.
Things just don't jive...
