1634 Ionia

Post by jbm32206 » Sat Oct 09, 2010 8:45 pm

We lost another one to fire, the back was fully engulfed and I cannot imagine that it will not come down quickly. It's right next to the one that burned twice...two houses from 1626

This is the cedar shake house.
Sigh.
Here we go with the fishy fires.
The arsonist is still roaming free.
This is not a coincidence.

This block and up to 7th has lost 7 homes minimum to fire. This makes the 12th arson.

HPC packet for 08/26/15 where new owner has requested demolition. HPC is recommending APPROVAL!

I had to break it into 3 separate files to get under the 2MB limit.

Attached is the small presentation I gave at the HPC meeting last night. HPC deferred the demolition request to allow the owner to provide more evidence regarding the condition of the property.
