lets see if we can do it with volunteers. We need to get the regular "work hours" thing going. (Saturday 10am... whoever has time). How many hours do you think it will take?

Joes guess is 40 man hours. We need a dumpster parked in driveway so the debris can be tossed from the window.

I suggest we hand out keys to whomever will volunteer and volunteers can work on their own time schedule. I know Joe and I will be starting a big job and our Saturdays may be tied up for awhile.

I will pledge $100 Gloria for Jackie or Sam or Ed or whoever you deem to work in my place for a portion of the hours. I'll drop a check in the mail to you.

If we did volunteer work, when would it be?

It would have to be on Saturdays. I can probably help some but not this coming Saturday. I have a prior commitment.

Lets start this Saturday, Sept 29th, 2pm. (to not conflict with the ONH/LISC event). If you are interested, show up ;-). We will not yet have a dumpster. This will just be a brief meeting to coordinate what we have to do. I don't think it makes sense for more then 3-5 people to work at a time in the building as space is a bit constraints. We also will need the dumpster first.

So if you are interested, come Saturday and we will have a sign up list here as well for the future work days. Going forward, we will hopefully set up small teams to work together.
