One of the bungalows (the one on the east side closest to 10th) is missing a board that closed off the attic space. Looks like the storm tore it off. The board is still sitting there, but it is in bad shape and probably not re-usable.

Also looks like one of the 4 lights got stolen. Doesn't look like storm damage, but I will go back and look closer if I can find it. The other three lights are still in good working order.

started the cleanup of Dancy today. I will try to go over there more consistently and get a bag a day of trash off it. Removed most of the blankets from the porches and a shopping cart.

Perhaps we ought to take our energies and apply them toward the Dancy Terrace complex for this year's make it happen.

Dany Terrace would be my favorite project. Just not use yt what to do. We could do a cleanup+board thing. I don't think I want the place to be fenced in. If it is fenced in, then we can't get in there anymore to clean and check on things, but the vagrants sure won't mind a fence. I wonder if there is something we can do to keep the brush down more permanently. Maybe install more trash can to make continuous cleanups easier. This one needs a bit of thought.

Did a bit a cleanup this morning. Between two of the bungalows, someone dumped a ton (50 or so?) KFC containers with side dishes. Most empty/some full. Turns out that you can get extreme diarrhea from eating too much of that stuff, which was proofen by mixing it in with the remainders of the dishes. Not the best cleanup, but most of it is gone and bagged now. I also bagged the carpet padding that was sitting on one of the bungalows. One of the homeless started to use that porch again. Repacked some of the trash on the curb, but it needs more work (maybe next weekend). I think we need trash barrels for some of it. Some of the trash is the broken mirror and pieces of wood that just pierce the bags too easy.

This is new. I did a mini clean up when I dropped off the columns earlier this week.

I had been happy to see it in such great shape.
