gotcha.

Years ago there was a program and someone painted barrels to use for trash on Main Street. Then the city wouldn't pick them up.

Holes need to be drilled in the bottom, we don't want funky soup.

I love the idea.

We'll just do it. That's all.

Will we paint the exterior? Or maybe a big red heart?

I'm sure Renee can get them to do anything.
Once we get the cans I'll talk with her.
Thinking the cans should be chained and padlocked to something? Anything left of the fence?

What else can we do to get those investors/owners at a table to get things moving?

I did speak to the listing agent for the 8 properties Dagmar Schmalus owns here.
The agent told me he was presenting an offer.
Figure once the "offerer" realizes what's up, they will back out like the rest.
This was 3 weeks ago.
I did email the agent tons of information about mothballing, donating, etc. much the same content as I mailed condemned property owners. I asked him to pass it along.
Can't guarantee that happened. But Miss Dagmar did receive one of those original condemned letters I made and Chris mailed.

Let's make this little bungalow look loved and valued.

(One down, only 23 left)

Thank you Ron, for trusting us to mothball your little house.
