Hilarious. They probably paid half that for them. I wish I had some money to fix them up!

They are probably worth $5,000 each if you can get them all. The problem is that it doesn't do you any good to own 4 or so of them. For this to work commercially you need the "set".

Code. Oh, great. Now we have to fight for them all over again. Pat and Chris just won that battle a few years ago when the owner wanted to tear them down and build half as many SRG type houses there.

They have to be requested from the city. At the last roundtable meeting, it was mentioned that more of the HPC files should be online soon, but no specifics.

Some things to search to piece together the history of houses:

- https://buildinginspections.coj.net/bid ... fault.aspx links to building permits and such. Not all that easy to navigate at times, but it gives you an idea about what was done when to the house

- http://apps.coj.net/pao_propertySearch/ ... earch.aspx Property appraiser search gives you past owners and links to transaction documents

- http://www.duvalclerk.com/OnCoreWeb/Search.aspx public records search. You have to search by owner, but this is how you find special master's decisions about rolling fines (but for houses that changes owners a lot, you have to check for each owner)

- https://showcase.duvalclerk.com/Login.aspx more court records. Less scanned documents more about how a case was disposed of.

I am currently working to make more of this available on our site in an easy to access manner. If you end up requesting any files: Please share them here so we don't have to ask for them again.

Hi Guys,
I bought one of the Dancy Terrace houses through forclosure, and would like to know if anyone can suggest a trustworthy person or company that I can hire to do a general yard cleanup and regular mowing. Thanks in advance !
