335 E. 10th?

Post by Janetd » Thu Jul 31, 2014 7:54 pm

Looked at this house over the weekend. Amazingly high ceilings, lots of water damage. Cheap but tons of work, not sure if I've gone back into that side of the "Insane" spectrum yet. Anybody have any info on this one? I found the 1975-ish data in SHEC's archives. What's interesting about this is that the lot actually owns a long skinny section of a closed alley. I dunno if that is good or bad, just interesting.

Dad looked at that the other day. You could totally negotiate the price. This isn't the one that Heather is closing on, is it?

Heck if I know, I'm pretty far out of the loop. Did notice that the sign was down so maybe.

Not the one Heather is buying. Been wondering about that one myself, not that I can buy another one.
