Special Masters Meeting for January 20

Myers presented MCE case #051285; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; this case previously heard; that significant work is in progress; that three of sixteen violations remain; he explained/presented pictures of unsafe violations; Mary G. Tappouni owner appeared; stated: that she has owned the property for two years; that a lot of work has been done since that time; that she intend to renovate, and occupy as primary resident; that the exterior work should be complete in few months, then work will begin to renovate the interior; that she currently reside around the corner, are monitor the property weekly; Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order to correct in 180 days.

we are going to lose this house.
What can we do?

1716 Ionia is the last remaining house owned by Thomas Russell
The others he owned all burned. We need to have a watchful eye.

412 W 7th : I think the house is safe for now. But will keep an eye on it.
