The fine of $25 for E. 6th/Paul Davidson is odd.
He owns multiple rental properties in Springfield, including the house adjacent to mine on the south side.
I wouldn't say all of his properties are in great condition, however they are worked on regularly and rented.
He owns the pretty one on the north-west corner of 5th and Market. . . . .

I am not familiar with this house.
What was the initial issue for the special master's?
I think I have his phone number. . . . .yup, I do.
