1326 N. Laura Street: T. Myers presented MCE case #051285; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; this case previously heard; that significant work is in progress; that three of sixteen violations remain; he explained/presented pictures of unsafe violations; Mary G. Tappouni owner appeared; stated: that she has owned the property for two years; that a lot of work has been done since that time; that she intend to renovate, and occupy as primary resident; that the exterior work should be complete in few months, then work will begin to renovate the interior; that she currently reside around the corner, are monitor the property weekly; Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order to correct in 180 days.

443 E. 5th Street
: T. Myers presented MCE case #082696; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; appears work in progress; using power from adjacent property to make repairs; he explained/presented pictures of unsafe violations; Lindsay Key owner appeared; stated: significant work has been completed; that the remaining work is cosmetic; that he temporarily used power from the adjacent property; that the power is now on; that once renovated he intend to occupy as primary resident; Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order to correct in 90 days.

412 W. 7th Street: T. Myers presented MCE case #091737; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; that this case was previously heard; that it appears no work has been done; that there has been no contact with the owner; Baron and Kimberly Rivers owners did not appear; Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order imposing $250 a day fine.

39 E. 8th Street
: T. Myers presented MCE case #102891; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; he explained/presented pictures of exterior residential violations (accessory structure); Patricia Marsilio owner was represented by Ray Castro; Mr. Castro stated: that a lot of progress have been made, presented pictures of same; that he is doing the work; he explained the completed work in detail; Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order to correct in 120 days.

41 E. 8th Street
: T. Myers presented MCE case #102892; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; that work is in progress; he explained/presented pictures of exterior residential violations (main structure); Patricia Marsilio owner was represented by Ray Castro; Mr. Castro concurred with testimony of T. Myers; Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order to correct in 120 days.

1716 Ionia Street:
T. Myers presented MCE case #110274; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; work in progress, to repair; damaged by fire; have permits he explained/presented residential violations; Thomas Russell owner was represented by James Massey; Mr. Massey stated: that he is Mr. Russell maintenance man; that work is in progress; that he intend to comply the violations, Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order to correct in 180 days.



135 W. 9th Street: T. Myers presented MCE case #110281; stated: that last inspection of the property on 1/13/11 found it remained in violation; that this is the initial hearing; that there has not been any contact with the owner; that there is no evidence of repairs being made; that this owner is a repeat offender; he explained/presented pictures of residential violations; Eugene E. Dorn Jr. owner did not appear; Special Master Edward Tannen issued an order to correct in 30 days as a repeat offender.
