Meeting February 1, 2014

Post by iloveionia » Mon Jun 16, 2014 8:15 pm

Agenda:
1. Present stand on the asbestos investigation - how much further should we take this as an organization?
2. Drew Castle - discussion surrounding new owner
3. Monthly Open PSOS Meetings:
a. Should we hold them to provide an update on PSOS activities and to be more open to the community?
b. Who could spearhead this if we think it's a good idea?
c. Location - Wells Fargo Community Center? SIAA Club?
4. Public Record Requests - better way to organize the requests
5. CDBG/NSP funds usage - how far should we take this?
6. Elections - Who wants to be on the board. Who wants out.
7. 501(c)3 status:
a. Now that it's official, what changes are needed, if any?
b. Official "press release" of our new status? Maybe announce at the Monthly PSOS Meeting if that's agreed upon?
c. Maybe we have this already, but do we have insurance coverage for the Board? If so, who exactly does that cover?
8. Make It Happen
9. Kenneth's place
10. Banking stuff/Treasurer Report

Thanks for posting the agenda Nicole. Are there also notes so we know what decisions were made?
