They owe 2009 taxes. Fortunately their taxes are extremely low at $323/year. I don't know how fast Jax works, but would a new roof increase their property taxes? Regarding the bulldozer race they have to the house: I think it makes more and more sense to move the green "demolition" signs around.... confuse them a bit and maybe slow them down?

agree with Joe (or Gloria ?). Being a 501c3 makes a non-profit "legit". As long as we stay small, there shouldn't be a bit issue. The IRS mostly looks at how money is used.
