i'll make no statement on the ethics ov credit card minimums, but my understanding is that the law has changed and they are now legal.

absolutely what karla said. if large equipment--specifically designed to destroy--is having difficulty chewing on it, it's clearly not in that bad ov shape.

i have a lot ov difficulty understanding the mindset that the best thing to do with a property is to sit back and let the houses get in bad enough shape to be allowed to tear them down. even putting ethics aside (which i don't recommend), i don't see how there can be enough profit in doïng it that w...

They should have allowed us to get in there and salvage the wood that was in such great shape. unless i'm completely jabberwocked, you're looking at the east wall--it's brick all the way down and faces on an empty lot; the west wall is partially windowed-up and generally too cluttered to be mural-worthy.

LOL....and then someone gets their breakfast interrupted by a bulldozer removing their dining room wall? city would have to pay for repairs, right? take that money out ov their demolition fund--the more houses they accidentally tear into, the fewer they can intentionally tear into, and a few people...

will do if i get a chance--it's goïng to be a busy week for me, though.

i go by that house a lot when i'm out with barret, so if i can get him out and about in the daytime i'll be sure to steer us by there.
