Thanks for posting the agenda Nicole. Are there also notes so we know what decisions were made?

Re: CDBG monies

On the most recent document (2010), I searched for words 'abate', 'demolition' and 'demo'. None of them were found.

Re: 205 W 3rd St (Job Corps Building)

This building's roof caved in due to fire and the side facing Pearl street was bowed out, so emergency demo. Would NSP1 funds be used in that instance?

But 1341 would tend to be closer to 4th than 3rd where this building stood, so I don't think it is the same.

Talk to Jim Polkey of Springfield Ink. He's made shirts for SACARC, Mommie's Group and others.

Received from the Doctor's agent today via email: Not sure if everyone heard but all the permits are approved through the Building Department and Code Enforcement, so Steve has informed me that work will commence Thursday if all goes as plan. Thanks again for all your help. CA :D Hallelujah!!

Re: Summer 2013 Make it Happen

When are people with knowledge of such things available to take the preliminary look at how much lattice and other items are needed so that we can ask for those specific donations? I may not have much knowledge but I can hold a tape measure. :)
