I converted to Excel with Adobe Pro so it's easier to manipulate the data.

Disagree with Ionia slightly. A home inspection is only $350. Yes, get a contractor to walk it with you too. But a good home inspection still doesn't hurt.

Well, the other quadrants probably do too. But the SW quadrant was the one tagged by the EPA as being part of Brown's Ash Dump associated with the 5th and Cleveland incinerator. Not to mention the subject of the email is 2008/2009 NSP funds, not 2013 NSP funds. Something stinks, but we knew that already, didn't we? We have no idea from this, was there even an LOU? Did it mention the required Section 106 reviews? We are being stonewalled with our public records requests. Or....
