I remember this house. It was a small bungalow. I went in it one time. It had tin ceilings and was supposed to be one of the oldest left in the neighborhood. It was painted green. But the Symphony houses are there now I think. Very sad. It was an awesome little house.
Technically Walnut one will make a profit although we will not be taxed on it. The IRS had me recognize all of the leins against it on our 990 so when the house goes away, so do the leins showing, technically, a gain on the transaction.
